Welcome to HotelProduct.in, operated by Ocean Hospitality. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General
HotelProduct.in provides hospitality supplies and related products to both individual and business customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to purchase from us. Ocean Hospitality reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, prices, or policies without prior notice.
2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur. Availability of products is subject to stock. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you and provide an option for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Final rates, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or UPI. Orders will be processed and dispatched only after payment is successfully received in our account.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location. Tracking details will be shared after dispatch via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Ocean Hospitality will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging with the invoice. Certain items such as customized products or special orders are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after quality verification. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photos.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ocean Hospitality shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product use, delivery delays, or order cancellations. Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on HotelProduct.in, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Ocean Hospitality and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.
8. User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any misuse of the website for fraudulent transactions or violation of terms will result in suspension of access and possible legal action.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
